How to submit a non-conformance

Geomiq does offer our clients a chance to submit a non-conformance report within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once submitted, our team will do a thorough investigation and determine next steps.

Please contact us via Intercom chat to start the non-conformance process. The information we need is summarised below:

1. Invoice number

2. Quote number

3. A detailed description of the issue

4. Pictures of the issue
