Before speaking to our staff please ensure you have troubleshooted the following:
Multi-body files: we do not accept any files that have more than one singular body
Check the file size, we do not accept any files over 100MB
Material selection not found in drop/down, please use "other" material and use NOTES
Preferred file is a 3D .step file
